Whether your goals include a single workout session or a life-changing day-long wellness experience, The Lifestyle by Scott Crawford will individualize a custom wellness session ensuring that your personal health needs and objectives are addressed. Private sessions may be customized for all fitness levels, with Local Hikes, Personal Training, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Meditation and T’ai Chi all offered under the new program. Acting classes, horseback riding, shopping and local museum visits are also available with our full-day program.
Each session includes transportation and can take place either indoors or out, taking advantage of L.A.'s incredible year-round weather and the hotels’ lush gardens, swan lake, and the brand new fitness studio.

ABOUT SCOTT CRAWFORD

Scott Crawford has been teaching and promoting fitness-as-a-lifestyle for well over a decade, drawing on an extensive education and broad range of experience in sports, fitness, psychology, nutrition, and bodywork. A former professional soccer player with advanced degrees in counseling, Crawford provides a unique personal training approach which integrates body, mind, and spirit, combining acute mental training with demanding but enjoyable physical exercise and memorable cultural outings.
