Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air features modern California cuisine with European and Mediterranean influences in a spectacular garden setting. All menus reflect the healthy California lifestyle and showcase the best of California’s wonderful fresh ingredients. Our chefs visit the farmer's market every week and select the freshest, most seasonal items to utilize in our menus. Dine in the elegant dining room, on the alfresco terrace, or in the bar and lounge.

 

Bar & Lounge

The famous hotel bar retains it's unique club-like vibe with a central fireplace, grand piano, and wood paneled walls making you feel like you’ve been transported back to the Golden Age of Hollywood. Our cocktails mirror the cuisine by utilizing the freshest ingredients of the season paired with high-end spirits with a focus on artisnal and small batch Bourbons, Ryes, Scotches and Japanese Whiskies.

The cocktail menu, created by Executive Chef Lee Hefter offers approximately 20 hand-crafted drinks served in elegant crystal glassware from Bacaratt, Juliska, Reidel and Nachtmann.

Lobby Lounge

The Lobby Lounge is the heart of the hotel. The lounge is a light and airy space with a gorgeous stone fireplace, and arched windows overlooking the gardens where guests can relax and enjoy conversation, a cup of tea or a cocktail.
